Reservation, Cancellation & Refund policy

Please read the following policy carefully before making a reservation with us.

Reservation Policy

  • Please make advance reservations via telephone or online to ensure room availability.
  • Advance payment is mandatory to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please read the cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
  • Normal occupancy permits a maximum of two people per room. An additional person (if room size permits) will be charged extra as per the prevailing rate.
  • Children up to 5 years of age can stay free of charge with parents without an extra bed.
  • Children between 5 to 12 years of age will be charged extra.
  • Children above 12 years will be treated as young adults and prevailing reservation charges will apply.
  • Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability at the time of request.
  • Rates are dynamic and subject to change. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation voucher.
  • Once a rate is selected and the transaction is completed, no other rate will apply, whether higher or lower.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings obtained fraudulently or involving illegal activities, at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • No-Show: If you fail to arrive on the arrival date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the first full night’s rate will be charged.
  • If you are unable to check in on the first date but still plan to stay for the remaining nights, please urgently contact us to retain your room.
  • If no contact is made, the reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be admissible.
  • Shortened Stay / Early Check-out: The full reserved period may be charged if the hotel is not informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
  • If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance, to minimize charges, subject to the cancellation policy.

Group Booking Cancellation

  • Reservations for more than one room are treated as group bookings based on reserved nights.
  • For group bookings, a full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made before 48 hours of check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount in the form of a room voucher.
  • The voucher can be used for future bookings at YKC Farm & Villa.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show will not be refunded.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we may revise our cancellation policy as necessary. Guests will be notified of any such changes.

Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
